老澳门六合彩官网 College welcomes feedback from all members of the College community. We take all complaints or concerns seriously and are committed to handing issues that may be raised effectively and efficiently.

To manage this process, we have established a Complaints Handling Program in line with both the international complaints handling standard (ISO 10002:2014 Quality management 鈥 Customer satisfaction 鈥 Guidelines for complaints handling in organisations), and the Australian/New Zealand complaints handling standard (AS/NZS 10002:2014 Guidelines for complaint management in organisations).

Making a Complaint

You can raise a complaint or concern with the College by any of the following means:

  1. sending an email to [email protected]
  2. writing a letter to the College addressed to the Complaints Manager
  3. telephoning the College and asking for your details to be sent to the Complaints Manager.

You can raise a complaint or concern anonymously, in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 2. You do not need to provide any identifying information, but this may limit our ability to investigate or provide you with feedback.

Support and Redress for Historical Safeguarding Complaints

Confidentiality applies with respect to both information relating to the person making the complaint, and, if relevant to a person against whom a complaint is made. The College is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information throughout the complaints process.

Personally identifiable information about a complainant will only be made available for the purpose of addressing the complaint and (unless the complainant consents) will be actively protected from disclosure.
